As a Sr. IT Customer Support Supervisor at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT support services, with a primary focus on elevating the customer experience. You will report directly to our Sr Director IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule, following the initial 90 days of on-site work.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of IT support professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert assistance.
  • Manage team workload and prioritize tasks effectively.

 

Qualifications

US PERSON REQUIREMENT 

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.


YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or an IT related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience with IT systems – preferably Service Now, Azure, NextThink or other related IT systems.

Skills Required
