As a Senior IT Project Management Specialist, you will lead complex IT initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise strategy. You will work across Finance, Vendors, and multiple internal and external teams, taking end‑to‑end ownership of delivery, governance, and outcomes.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Project & Program Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of medium to large‑scale IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
- Drive execution by coordinating multiple internal teams (IT, Finance, Business, Architecture, Security, Operations) and external partners/vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, governance, and compliance standards across all initiatives.
Financial & Vendor Management
- Own project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis and working with Finance team
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, scope alignment, performance tracking, financial governance, and issue resolution.
- Ensure effective utilization of internal and external resources while maintaining financial discipline and transparency.
- Should have experience in managing the Projects in the tool like JIRA / ITPPM etc.,
Leadership, Decision‑Making & Governance
- Act as a decision‑maker and delivery leader, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Bring the right stakeholders to the right forum to enable timely decisions, escalations, and resolution of complex issues.
- Lead governance forums, project reviews, and steering discussions with senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.
Problem Solving & Risk Management
