Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic IT projects within a multi-site manufacturing environment. The role aims to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with
the organization’s strategic objectives. It requires strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Experience running ERP/MRP
projects is a plus.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, IT, commercial, outside vendor) across different sites.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Establish governance structures and define clear roles for effective project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks while promoting preventive actions and continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
- Implement and enhance project management processes using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Support strategic initiatives including new product introductions and process optimization.
- Prepare executive reports and project summaries for leadership review.
- Promote collaboration, communication, and alignment among site teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Strategic project management in multi-site and high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Comprehensive management of strategic projects in multi-site manufacturing environments, including planning,
- execution, schedule control, budgeting, and results tracking.
- Cross-functional team coordination and effective communication with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment running ERP projects.
