Overview:
We are seeking a technically strong and proactive AI IT Engineer to join our regional IT team in Singapore. This role blends AI-driven internal application development, enterprise systems integration, and hands-on IT support operations in a dynamic global environment. You will work closely with teams across regions to build internal AI applications, support enterprise IT infrastructure, and drive automation across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on IT support for end-user devices (Windows/macOS), networking, AV systems, and office IT infrastructure.
- Maintain local IT infrastructure, WiFi, printers, access control systems, and coordinate with global IT teams for rollouts and upgrades.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes such as account creation, access management, and device provisioning.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement, inventory, allocation, and decommissioning
- Ensure IT operations follow security policies, compliance requirements, and ITSM best practices.
- Build and maintain internal AI applications, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Develop and enhance graph databases, AI data pipelines, and enterprise API integrations (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Graph).
- Support testing, CI/CD automation, performance tuning, and documentation for internal IT applications.
Required Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
●Strong communication skills and ability to read, speak, and write fluent Mandarin
●Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language: Python / Go / Node.js / Java
●Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Vue) & strong understanding of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL), and Git workflows
●Familiarity with AI applications, RAG workflows, or agent-based frameworks is advantageous.
●Experience with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, or Grafana is preferred.
●Understanding of IT asset management, ITSM processes (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), and enterprise IT infrastructure is beneficial.
