The Role

Job Overview: The Directory Services Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization's directory services infrastructure. This role involves strategic projects such as domain consolidation, datacenter migration, and service account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Essential Functions:
•    Consolidation of multiple domains into a unified directory service.
•    Ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
•    Develop and implement policies and procedures for domain consolidation.
•    Plan and execute the migration of directory services to new datacenter environments.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration.
•    Monitor and troubleshoot issues during and after the migration process.
•    Manage and maintain service accounts across the organization.
•    Implement best practices for service account security and lifecycle management.
•    Conduct regular audits and reviews of service account usage.
•    Manage DHCP Scopes.
•    DNS Management.
•    Handle tickets and SOC alerts.
•    Validate and approve patching.
•    Create, modify, and remove Group Policy Objects (GPO).
•    Manage CA Servers/Services and Certificate assignments.
•    Resolve replication and timesync-related alerts.
•    Resolve backup and GPO-related alerts.
•    Conduct assessments for integration or security.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in directory services management.
•    Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and GPO management.
•    Experience with domain consolidation and datacenter migration projects.
•    Strong understanding of service account management and security best practices.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Handle P1 or P4 escalations.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $93,100.00 - $155,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
