Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior IT Developer – Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud to architect and deliver advanced Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement, lead management, and sales performance. This role bridges technical development with business strategy across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and automation logic to support CRM and campaign processes.

  • Customize lead routing, opportunity management, and campaign tracking within Sales Cloud.

  • Optimize email marketing, segmentation, and engagement workflows within Marketing Cloud.

  • Integrate Salesforce with ERP, marketing, and analytics platforms using APIs and middleware.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and IT to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs.

  • Implement robust tracking, analytics, and automation to support lead nurturing and sales enablement.

  • Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and deployment cycles following CI/CD best practices.

  • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and deliver enhancements that improve business operations.

  • Stay current on Salesforce innovations, especially within Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow automation.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, integration design, and security principles.

  • Experience with lead-to-opportunity workflows, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

  • Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with ERP, analytics, and customer engagement platforms.

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work across both technical and business teams.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Admin, Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.

  • Good to have: Experience with Pardot (Account Engagement) for B2B lead nurturing and campaign automation.

  • Front-end development skills (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) are a plus.
