ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities
- End to end analysis of Field Service & Enterprise Asset Management scope
- Collaborate with other groups like Architects, Business Partners, Business Analysts
- Work with the functions and SBG’s to understand the Field service / EAM requirements and priorities
- Ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes
- Partner with project teams to ensure adherence to common processes and definition of new processes
- Data Analysis and Data Designing
Must have:
- 5 years of IT experience with minimum of 2 years salesforce field service work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should have:
- Domain knowledge in Field Service and EAM
- Should be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders across multiple functions at Honeywell.
- Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner
- Able to set priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment.
- Builds relationships with and gains the trust of customers by always meeting commitments.
- Acts with a sense of urgency, a bias for action and speed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
