We are seeking a Sr IT Analyst – SAP Techno‑Functional Consultant to support development, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
In this role, you will report directly to our Sr IT Manager and work out of our Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid basis. Note: for the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work onsite 100% M-F.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and resolve complex SAP technical and techno‑functional issues
- Perform root cause analysis and performance optimization
- Develop and enhance ABAP objects as per business requirements
- Work closely with functional teams for end‑to‑end issue resolution
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 or more years of experience with SAP
- Strong hands‑on experience in ABAP development
- Excellent debugging skills for standard and custom SAP programs
- Proven expertise in performance analysis and tuning
- Experience working in SAP production/support environments
- Good functional knowledge in at least one area:
- Order Management (SD) or
- Finance (FI/CO) or
- Manufacturing (PP/MM)

- Experience in AMS / Application Support
