The Sr IT analyst will drive SAP Signavio Process Intelligence solutioning and stakeholder engagements across key enterprise processes and initiatives, including SAP S4 transformation.
You will report to Sr Director, Process Transformation and work out of Honeywell India location on a Hybrid work schedule.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale Signavio process intelligence (PI) capabilities to support process improvement initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end technical solution design for process mining use cases, including data integration, process model validation, access controls, deployment, and documentation.
- Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-value PI programs.
- Enable business users through structured onboarding, user training & coaching, and adoption of self-service process intelligence capabilities.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
- 3+ years hand-on experience building process mining / process intelligence (e.g. SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Celonis Process Mining).
- Strong expertise in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, with the ability to drive technical solutioning and business benefits.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC systems, including process data understanding and integration dependencies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter who is proactive, analytical, collaborative problem-solver
- Track record to drive process mining & intelligence with results
- Experience supporting process transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP implementations or major process re-design programs).
- Familiarity with BPM frameworks, continuous improvement methods, and operational excellence practices.
