As a Sr ISC Operations Manager at Honeywell Building Automation, you will lead and optimize all Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) activities for the MX31 manufacturing site. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across production, materials management, planning, inventory, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, and customer delivery performance.
You will serve as a key member of the site leadership team, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer commitments, operational capacity, and financial goals. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset to support growth, productivity, quality, and workforce engagement.
- Site Supply Chain & Operations Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain operations to ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost objectives.
- Develop and execute site operational strategies aligned with Honeywell ISC and Building Automation business goals.
- Partner with Site Leadership to build and execute annual operating plans and long-range business objectives.
- Drive operational rigor through Daily Management Operating System (MOS) processes and tiered accountability.
- Production & Materials Management
- Ensure production plans are executed to meet customer requirements and revenue commitments.
- Lead production scheduling, materials planning, inventory deployment, and capacity management.
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining customer service and working capital targets.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to mitigate material shortages and supply disruptions.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of progressive manufacturing, operations, and supply chain leadership experience.
5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and/or cross-functional teams.
Experience leading production, planning, materials, procurement, and logistics functions in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
Experience managing ERP/MRP systems and operational analytics.
Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing operation.
Advanced English communication skills.
