About Outbound Funnel:
With over 2,700 clients served globally, we are a US-based, remote-first team of specialists and a partner of choice for top RevTech platform providers and RevOps leaders globally. We deliver implementation, integration, training, and managed services across Sales Engagement, Automation, and CRM platforms to a wide range of companies, from scaling startups to mature revenue teams.
 

Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead Gong implementations and support cross-platform onboarding across RevTech tools. This role is ideal for someone with a RevOps background or agency lead experience, someone who understands both systems and the operational needs of revenue teams.
 

You’ll take point on more complex engagements, whether it's supporting a growing SMB or aligning multiple stakeholders within our mid-market or enterprise organizations. You’ll be trusted to drive delivery, adapt to different levels of technical maturity, and lead conversations with clients on how to connect systems to strategy.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Gong platform implementation and integration efforts across varying business types
     
  • Translate business goals into executable platform setups and workflows
     
  • Own discovery, project planning, onboarding, and go-live support with minimal oversight
     
  • Work across client stakeholders in Sales, CS, Ops, and IT to ensure smooth coordination
     
  • Adapt to customer readiness levels and apply best practices in change management and adoption
     
  • Bring a systems-thinking lens to delivery, helping customers better connect Gong to CRM, routing, or engagement tools
     
  • Collaborate internally with pod leaders and engagement managers to scope, track, and deliver work
     
  • Surface growth opportunities for additional support or platform work as part of active delivery
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in RevOps, implementation, or client-facing systems consulting
     
  • Proven delivery of RevTech platforms with high preference on Gong Platform or high competence with similar solutions with CRM, routing, and automation integrations
     
  • Confident leading strategic projects and managing multiple accounts
     
  • Skilled at aligning system setup with business objectives
     
  • Comfortable working with GTM leaders and technical teams alike
     
  • Adaptable in a growing, independent agency setting
     
  • Strong in communication, documentation, and internal coordination
     
  • Remote-ready with fast internet, private workspace, and consistent camera-on presence
     
  • Excited for exposure to top AI and RevTech partners, strategic client work, and room to grow in client strategy and team leadership
     

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full Time (Contract 1099)
  • Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
