Job Responsibilities:
- Lead product efficiency improvement, reduce waste, and reduce operating cost.
- Responsible for the time and motion study, capacity model build up and ensure site capacity to meet business requirements
- Monitor and analyze factory efficiency and leading action plans to continuous improvement the factory efficiency.
- Lead capital plan for NPI projects and Mass Production ramping up, work with NPI PM and cross functional teams to drive capacity installation on schedule
- Using industrial engineering methodology to improve throughput and efficiency
- Lead production layout design and production flow optimization
- Support industrial engineering training within the team or across teams
Qualifications and requirements
- Sophisticated on AutoCAD
- More than 5 years' experience with bachelor's degree or above in IE
- Expertise in Kaizen and Lean manufacturing
- Experienced in implementing lean/kaizen tools to drive efficiency improvement, cycle time reduction and cost saving.
- Strong project management experience, leading cross functional team for continuous improvement projects or Kaizen activities
- Effective communication skill and good collaborator
- Good command of Oral English and Written English
