The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior and executive leadership, operational leaders, and managers across multiple locations and field operations. This position provides hands-on HR leadership and guidance across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring HR strategies, polices and practice align with business objectives and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business unit leaders, providing insight and solutions that align workforce strategies with business goals.
- Conduct and manage workforces investigations and ensure consistent application of disciplinary and corrective action, and conflict resolution.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee engagement, retention, and career development.
- Partner with leadership to proactively identify and address organizational and workforce challenges.
- Drive consistency in the interpretation and application of company policies across all business units.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on enterprise initiatives, including change management, culture development, and process improvement.
- Review HR metrics and data to evaluate department initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation efforts to promote strong employee engagement from day one.
- Advise business leaders on performance improvement strategies to promote accountability and professional development
- Provide guidance to leaders regarding compensation practices and internal equity
- Partner with Compensation and HR Leadership on compensation programs, job evaluation and organizational changes
- Assist with annual benefits communication and open enrollment administration.
- Promote workplace safety awareness in partnership with HR leadership and the Safety team.
- Partner with Safety and Operations regarding employee safety, workers’ compensation, leave management and other workplace matter.
- Support changing management efforts, fostering a positive and production workplace culture • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Work Experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Significant experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager of similar strategic HR role
- Experience supporting field operations or multi-site environments preferred.

- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification a plus
Knowledge
- Broad understanding of HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, organizational development, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including ADA, ADEA, COBRA, EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, and related state laws.
- Experience interpreting and applying company policies in alignment with legal and regulatory standard. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
