We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!
At Adobe, we’re shifting to an AI-first world—one where scale, speed, and consistency unlock entirely new ways to help our customers win. As Sr. GTM Strategy Manager, TPS OnDemand Support & Scale, you’ll play a critical role in how we bring technical value to deals faster, earlier, and more predictably—at enterprise scale! This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and seller experience. Together, we’ll design and operationalize scalable engagement models that amplify Technical Pre-Sales impact, reduce friction in seller workflows, and ensure our AI-powered capabilities are easy to adopt and hard to ignore. If you love building from ambiguity and want to shape how modern GTM organizations operate, this role was built for you.
In this role, we’ll rely on you to turn strategy into reality by designing and scaling how TPS OnDemand supports the field. You’ll develop a repeatable engagement model that brings together existing capabilities in a way that feels intuitive, impactful, and seller-first.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, AI teams, and Operations to drive adoption through thoughtful enablement, clear messaging, and smart change management. Along the way, you’ll identify friction in seller journeys and work with cross-functional partners to improve workflows—leveraging AI where it adds the most value.Just as importantly, you’ll be a voice for the field. We’ll count on you to synthesize seller feedback, influence roadmaps, and ensure readiness across teams. You’ll define what success looks like, track adoption and impact, and continuously refine the model, so we’re always learning and improving.
- Scaled Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a repeatable engagement model bringing to bear existing TPS OnDemand capabilities.
- Seller Enablement & Adoption: Build and complete training, messaging, and change-management programs to drive awareness, confidence, and sustained usage.
- Workflow Innovation: Identify and address friction points in seller journeys, improving workflows with AI-powered support.
- Field Voice & Influence: Advocate for seller needs to TPS leadership, AI teams, and internal product partners, crafting roadmaps and readiness.
- Measurement & Impact: Define and track success metrics for adoption, usage, and business impact, continuously improving the engagement model.
You’ll collaborate at the core of Adobe’s Enterprise GTM ecosystem, working alongside:
- Technical Pre-Sales leadership and global TPS teams
- Account Executives and Solution Consultants
- AI and internal product partners
- Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success
You’re energized by complexity and motivated by impact. You thrive when there’s no playbook yet—and you know how to build one that scales.
You’re field-first in your thinking, strategic in your approach, and practical in execution. You influence through trust and collaboration, not hierarchy, and you’re genuinely curious about how AI can simplify work and unlock new possibilities. What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, technical pre-sales, program management, or a related field
- Experience driving scaled enablement, adoption, or change management initiatives
- Comfort working with AI-powered tools, customer journey design, and orchestration concepts
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
