- Participate in requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Configure and support SIM functionalities in the o9 platform
- Work on inventory policies, replenishment planning, and safety stock configuration
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
- Collaborate with technical teams for data integration, validation, and issue resolution
- Support SIT/UAT testing activities and defect resolution
- Assist in deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live support
- Analyze inventory planning outputs and recommend process improvements
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and test scenarios
- Follow supply planning and inventory management best practices
- 5+ years of experience in IBP Supply Planning or Inventory Management
- Hands-on experience with o9 SIM modules preferred
- Experience with planning tools such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP
- Understanding of inventory planning concepts including:
- Safety Stock
- Replenishment Planning
- Inventory Policies
- Demand-Supply Balancing
- Safety Stock
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience with Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO)
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills
- Exposure to Agile project methodologies
- Domain experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Pharma, or CPG industries
Skills Required
- 6-10 years total experience
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on o9 platform experience if not (Blue Yonder/Kinaxis)
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, or related field
