Sr Frontend Developer
Location: EST TimeZone (Mex or Arg)
As a Web UI Lead, will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications with a strong focus on micro frontend architecture. Will leverage your expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components to build reusable and maintainable user interfaces. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive technical excellence, ensure adherence to best practices, and provide hands-on leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
Will play a key role in application architecture, performance optimization, code quality, and security while utilizing Azure services, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, and Mend. As a technical leader, you will mentor development teams, collaborate with stakeholders and clients, and help shape the UI strategy to deliver innovative, secure, and business-aligned web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, modular, and reusable web UI components and micro frontends.
Provide technical leadership and hands-on development using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components.
Drive the adoption of best practices for front-end development, code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Utilize state management and data-fetching libraries such as Redux and React Query to build efficient and reliable applications.
Implement and manage client-side routing using React Router to deliver seamless user experiences.
Lead performance optimization initiatives to ensure fast, responsive, and accessible web applications.
Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Leverage Azure services for application deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational support.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Ensure adherence to code quality and security standards through tools such as SonarQube and Mend.
Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices across teams.
Support requirement analysis, solution design, estimation, and technical planning activities.
Manage stakeholder and client interactions, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement within the team.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve product quality and development efficiency.
Contribute to capability building by designing technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of web applications throughout their lifecycle.
Preferred Leadership Responsibilities
Lead a team of UI developers and coordinate sprint activities, deliverables, and technical reviews.
Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance on complex implementation challenges.
Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent delivery standards.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for UI-related discussions with clients and stakeholders
