Our Finance team is deeply engaged in understanding the business and offering thoughtful recommendations to optimize resources and achieve goals. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join us—a self-starter with strong analytical abilities, a collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills.

This role will work closely with teams across the organization to analyze data, forecast revenue and expenses, and provide insights that influence key decisions. You’ll contribute to shaping our company's financial health and supporting long-term success.

You Will...

  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business units and department leaders to provide financial support during strategic planning and annual budgeting cycles.
  • Drive Insights: Create financial reports to assess performance against plans, explore resource allocation scenarios, and support decision-making to achieve business objectives.
  • Build Relationships: Act as a trusted resource and advisor for department leaders, contributing to both financial planning and decision-making.
  • Develop Models: Create and maintain financial models that align with the company’s short- and long-term goals.
  • Monitor Performance: Manage detailed financial forecasts, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and variances.
  • Collaborate with Accounting: Work closely with our Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting during each close.
  • Optimize Processes: Maintain and enhance budgeting and reporting systems while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

You Have...

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., economics, math, data science, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis with increasing complexity over time.
  • Proficiency with financial planning tools and systems.
  • A client-focused mindset, with demonstrated ownership of projects and the ability to deliver with minimal guidance.
  • The ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable business insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with independent processes to identify and correct errors.
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to move projects forward.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including creating models from scratch and using formulas for data cleansing and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in clear, visual, and actionable ways.

Bonus Points...

  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA.
  • Familiarity with internet, social media, or online advertising business models.
  • Experience working with tools like NetSuite or Planful.
