  • Develop and refine business processes and documentation, including process maps, charters, white papers, and executive briefing materials.
  • Plan and support workshops, working groups, and stakeholder engagements (e.g., Category Intelligence Reports, Deep Dives, Category Management Councils) by preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and capturing key takeaways and action items.
  • Utilize knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint) to enhance visibility, performance monitoring, and access to information.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, data analysis, supply or procurement programs, or similar field.
  • Strong background in financial data analysis, business intelligence, and market research.
  • Experience supporting Category Management, ITBM (IT Business Management), business analytics, acquisition strategy, and/or strategic sourcing in a DoD/Federal environment.
  • Experience using DoD Data Platforms (e.g. Advana; acceptable alternatives are Data 2 Decisions, SAM.gov/FPDS, General Ledger systems, and/or PMRT EA).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced DoD setting.
