As a Sr Finance Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You will support the finance team by managing financial reporting, compliance, and analysis to drive informed business decisions.
You will report directly to our finance leadership and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi / Mexico City location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial health and operational efficiency of our business in Mexico, contributing to the achievement of corporate financial goals and compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily financial activities including accounting, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with local and corporate standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial controls and procedures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance staff to develop their skills and performance.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and financial regulations in Mexico.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Proven ability to manage financial processes and lead a team effectively.
