As a Senior Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will be a key part of the Rapid Technology Group leadership team driving our internal financial reporting and working with peers in other business units. 

You will report directly to our General Manager and you will work out of our Golden Valley, MN or Herndon, VA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will use your broad experiences to position RTG for success in the new financial reporting structure. 

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile RTG financial results and work with IA and Corp to integrate with respective finance systems.
  • Sheppard order entry and billing process to ensure proper revenue recognition.
  • Help RTG develop internal processes consistent with new financial model and reporting organization.
  • Develop internal tools to track revenue, costs, and proposal workflow.
  • Cross-train and mentor peers on standard workflow to ensure redundancy.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE 

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in finance and data analytic roles
  • Experience working with business leadership to prepare P&L, AOP, and SRO summaries
  • U.S. citizenship required

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is <$162,000 - $244,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
