ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Provide strategic commercial support to the business in all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial finance professionals
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain finance principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex, global organization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
