Job Summary

Black Rifle Coffee Company is on the hunt for a Senior FP&A Manager to take our wholesale coffee sales to the next level. Reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A, you’ll play a key leadership role in our finance team, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, pricing, and customer development. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role, where your insights will directly influence our growth in the wholesale channel.

Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC), a veteran-founded organization dedicated to premium coffee and supporting those who love America, is searching for a Senior FP&A Manager to elevate our wholesale coffee sales to the next level.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A, this role offers high visibility and hands-on opportunities to partner with sales and cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and influence the growth of our wholesale channel. What You’ll Do

As the Senior FP&A Manager, you’ll:

  • Be a Strategic Financial Partner: Collaborate with senior leadership and wholesale stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies that fuel growth.

  • Drive Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the wholesale channel.

  • Build and Refine Financial Models: Develop and maintain advanced models to guide smart decision-making and pricing strategies.

  • Deliver Insights: Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed monthly reports, and present actionable insights to leadership.

  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and other teams to align goals and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

  • Champion Process Improvements: Lead the continual refinement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

  • Handle Ad Hoc Needs: Be the go-to for tackling financial challenges and providing innovative solutions.

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience: 5+ years in FP&A or finance roles, with 3+ years of recent experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

  • Wholesale Expertise: A track record of driving financial growth in wholesale sales channels.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and familiarity with accounting systems (experience with ERP tools is a plus).

  • Analytical Excellence: Exceptional skills in data analysis, performance evaluation, and translating insights into action.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments and influence stakeholders effectively.

  • Military Veteran Status (Preferred but Not Required): We value the discipline and leadership veterans bring to the table.
