What You’ll Do
As the Senior FP&A Manager, you’ll:

Be a Strategic Financial Partner: Collaborate with senior leadership and wholesale stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies that fuel growth.

Drive Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the wholesale channel.

Build and Refine Financial Models: Develop and maintain advanced models to guide smart decision-making and pricing strategies.

Deliver Insights: Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed monthly reports, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and other teams to align goals and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Champion Process Improvements: Lead the continual refinement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

Handle Ad Hoc Needs: Be the go-to for tackling financial challenges and providing innovative solutions.
What You Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Experience: 5+ years in FP&A or finance roles, with 3+ years of recent experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Wholesale Expertise: A track record of driving financial growth in wholesale sales channels.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and familiarity with accounting systems (experience with ERP tools is a plus).

Analytical Excellence: Exceptional skills in data analysis, performance evaluation, and translating insights into action.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments and influence stakeholders effectively.

Military Veteran Status (Preferred but Not Required): We value the discipline and leadership veterans bring to the table.
