Job Summary

Looking to make an impact with your financial expertise while working in a fast-paced, mission-driven company? Black Rifle Coffee Company is on the hunt for a Senior FP&A Manager to take our wholesale coffee sales to the next level. Reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A, you’ll play a key leadership role in our finance team, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, pricing, and customer development. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role, where your insights will directly influence our growth in the wholesale channel.

What You'll Do
As our Senior FP&A Manager, you will:

• Be the strategic financial partner for our wholesale sales channel, collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders across the company.

• Build financial models that drive smart decision-making and strategic planning.

• Prepare and deliver insightful financial presentations for senior leadership.

• Lead the wholesale channel's annual budget, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

• Analyze performance metrics, create monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.

• Partner with teams in Sales, Accounting, Operations, and more to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.

• Champion continual improvement of financial processes and systems.

• Handle ad hoc requests and other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience.

• 3+ years of recent experience in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.

• Expertise with Excel and complex financial models; familiarity with accounting systems is a plus.

• Exceptional analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

• Military veteran status is a plus (but not required).
