As a Sr Finance Manager, you will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, and process simplification
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization. Projects have a long term horizon ( 2- 3 years). Results will be visible after at least 2 years.
Designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX, distributed controllership, process simplification and internal controls over IPP monitoring and risk.
Serving as controllership experts on financial system and ERP implementations.
Advising management in the function and/or in the business.
Having a supportive role in decision-making about important subjects.
Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions.
Working with cross functional teams.
Having major influence on small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L
Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation.
Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 10 additional years of experience in managing complex financial projects.
Have an Oracle experience is a must
Have a previous experience in oil and gas company is preferred
Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have a Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
