Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, labor laws, Shops and Establishments compliance, statutory filings, and payments. Coordinate with HR, Finance, operations teams, auditors, consultants, and government authorities while maintaining employee, wage, and compliance documentation for audits and inspections.
