Manage end-to-end payroll for 500+ operations employees, including attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, records, and salary processing. Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, labor laws, Shops and Establishments compliance, statutory filings, and payments. Coordinate with HR, Finance, operations teams, auditors, consultants, and government authorities while maintaining employee, wage, and compliance documentation for audits and inspections.

Ensure timely and accurate salary processing while maintaining payroll records and employee databases.

Coordinate with government authorities, auditors and consultants on labour and statutory compliance matters.

Must have managed payroll for a min of 500+ Employee strength
