The Sr Exchange Fee Analyst ensures that any inquiries regarding fees and the Fee System from clearing firms, members, other external customers and other CME Group departments are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This role also conducts data analysis and works with clearing and technology departments to troubleshoot fee issues. The Sr Exchange Fee Analyst has a working knowledge of the fees throughout CME Group as well as detailed knowledge of fees for the exchange(s) he or she supports.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Adhere to and maintain support for key controls related to CME Group SOX compliance.
• Assist with the implementation, testing and validation of product and fee changes.
• Perform monthly reporting/analysis functions to monitor the reasonableness of fees and provide other data analysis to support decision making.
• Provide customer support and training to both internal and external customers with regard to fee schedules, policies and the Exchange Fee System.
• Research and validate customer fee issues; respond appropriately either by escalating as necessary or processing the appropriate adjustments.
Skills & Software Requirements:
Prefer experience using business and financial tools such as Workday, Microsoft Office, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.
