About the Role

Teranet is seeking an experienced Workday Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst (HCM) to act as a functional and technical specialist supporting the day-to-day operations of the Workday platform across key Human Capital Management modules, including Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.

You will serve as a key point of contact for Workday Production Support, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and will maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality while managing sensitive workforce and payroll data.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Act as the main point of contact for identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues within Workday HCM modules.

  • Lead the delivery of system enhancements and new capabilities to support ongoing platform improvement.

  • Support resolution of escalated production issues; managing incidents and track ticket status,

  • Configure, maintain, and oversee Workday business processes to support established business requirements.

  • Maintain and support the talent, performance, and learning modules and processes within Workday.

  • Configure and support Workday time tracking, absence management and payroll processes.

  • Support testing activities for Workday semi-annual releases and related system enhancements.

  • Create custom reports and support end users with creating complex reports and resolving issues with existing reports.

About You

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent with preferred concentration in HR systems and processes

  • 5+ years of Workday experience with HCM modules including Performance, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, Payroll and Time Tracking.

  • Strong expertise in Workday business process configuration, reporting, and security

  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)

  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle activities (i.e., requirements, analysis, design, construction, testing, and deployment

  • Experience with Kainos Smart Test

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and perform against tight deadlines and multi-task effectively

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills

The annual pay range for this role is $121,000-132,000 inclusive of base salary and target incentive pay. Skills Required
