Responsibilities: 

Periodic PdM vibration fault processing. This is an every 6 week event. Will be generating notification templates and CM work orders for each building. Attaching vibration report, OK – List & Not Tested List. 

Periodic PdM thermograph deficiency processing. This occurs periodically from April through November. Will be generating notification templates and CM work orders for each building.

B60 Pump lube frequency adjustment (A3). Extending the PMs on pump oil changing from 6 months to annual. Exact number of pumps TBD. Not a large number of pumps. 

Periodic Support Adjustable Sheave Replacements – Process data sheets that are returned by mechanics (on an ongoing basis) by identifying a replacement fixed sized sheave and generating a CM to have it replaced. A work order to go out to the supervisor to order the specific replacement sheave. 

Periodic Support oil sample processing – Send out oil samples that are identified through PdM. Involves contacting laboratory and sending samples out as per Client procedures. 

Assist with Lubrication Database. Periodic updates based on any data that is returned to COE. Support periodic investigations. 

Periodic support for processing RCFA activities. Sending out failed part to specified vendor for failure analysis report. Assist with report processing.

Assist with new PdM program development activities. Periodic gathering of equipment data for database configuration. 

Assist with periodic SOP updates. Withdrawing SOP from MIDAS and processing updates. 

Assist with any PMJP & BOM updates in Maximo. 

Periodic Maximo queries to investigate equipment history. 

Periodic A3 support. Periodic as new optimization or PdM programs are identified and implemented. 

Qualifications:

Demonstrated interpersonal skills including flexibility and ability to work in a team environment. 

Proven analytical abilities. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. 

We are looking for an engineer with approx. (5) years experience - preferably in a plant maintenance type role. 

Skill sets needed are a good mechanical aptitude and good communication skills. 

The general function will be to assist with predictive and precision maintenance technologies including vibration monitoring, thermography, bearing failure analysis, and laser alignment.
