- Doctorate in Engineering OR Master's in Engineering + 2 years experience OR Bachelor's in Engineering + 4 years experience.
- Knowledge of packaging equipment and packaging operations.
- Experience with new equipment design and process development.
- Knowledge of engineering project management and execution.
- Experience with equipment, process, and validation activities.
- Experience within the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
