About the Role
- Conduct system level test for amplifier products.
- Able to understand the schedule of target products development projects, make a test specification according to the test implementation date for each event, and conduct.
- Make a test design document based on the test plan, secure the quality by the investigation of the customer requirement coverage.
- Make a quality optimization of system test specification by applying the company internal standardized test process with considering global standard such as A.SPICE.
- Improve the efficiency of the test by applying test automation system and improve the quality.
- Validate a system consistency by conducting a test at customer’s site and in an actual vehicle.
- Every activity about supporting to build up system test environment.
What You Will Do
- Make design and execution about test design document for target HARMAN products based on the system requirement.
- Submit a report of daily test result with logical and understandable description for stakeholders with appropriate information by using internal specific tool.
- Investigation about the necessary environment for conducting system test and support to purchase and build up it.
- Set up the appropriate system test bench based on the test purpose.
- Make collaborate with the global concerned persons toward early settlement.
- Understand the contents of the issue from technical point of view. Define a test procedure. Solve the issues by collaborating with other teams (Including global bases)
What You Need
- Experience of test design (Five years or more)
- Experience of in-vehicle products development (Five years or more)
- Experience and knowledge related to in-vehicle LAN.
- Able to communicate in Japanese (spoken and written), business level English skill is required.
- Five + year experience as a supplier to any car manufacture or working for any automotive OEM.
- Strong written communication skills – must be able to clearly and concisely communicate technical information.
- Strong interpersonal skills – must work well on a team with customer and Harman functional groups.
- Ability to manage several projects efficiently and meet schedules, as well as work under pressure and maintain a high level of output.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft products.

What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to travel up to 20%, domestic and international travel.
- Be willing to work in an office, client-site, home office
- Able to work late evening and early morning as necessary especially when work with global teams.
- Successfully complete a background investigation/Aptitude Test as a condition of employment.
