Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production professional to
manage shop-floor operations, achieve production targets, improve productivity,
and optimize manpower and resources.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute daily/monthly production
targets.
2. Ensure smooth production operations and
effective line balancing.
3. Monitor and improve production efficiency and
productivity.
4. Manage and allocate manpower as per production
requirements.
5. Drive process optimization and continuous
improvement.
6. Control rework, rejection and production losses.
7. Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen
initiatives.
8. Optimize utilization of manpower, machines and
other resources.
9. Monitor and control overtime and production
costs.
10. Coordinate
with Quality, Planning, Maintenance and other departments.
11. Ensure
adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards.

Skills Required
- 5-10 years of production or manufacturing experience
- Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
- Production planning and shop-floor management experience
- Manpower handling and team management experience
- Line balancing and process optimization experience
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen
- Productivity improvement experience
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional departments
- Hands-on experience in engineering or manufacturing industries
