Own the end-to-end NPI process from kick-off to series production
Prepare and release NPI build plan, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate proto, pilot, and pre-production builds
Ensure readiness of materials, tooling, programs, fixtures, and documentation
Requirements
Understanding of Product drawings, schematics, BOMs.Manufacturing processes (SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, testing, packaging)
Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow FAI / PPAP / APQP
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics)
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- Hands-on exposure to prototype, pilot, and ramp-up builds; transition to mass production
- Understanding of product drawings, schematics, and BOMs
