What You'll Do- Build, develop, and complete comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Perform detailed platform testing to ensure software meets rigorous standards
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects
- Apply appropriate testing tools and techniques, optimizing efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards. Jira/Zephyr/Testrail/Xray/Confluence knowledge is a must.
- Apply AI know-how to improve testing processes and outcomes
- Implement and drive automation strategies for streamlined testing procedures
- Excellent hands-on skills with testing activities - functional testing, Regression Testing, integration testing etc.
- Perform performance and stress testing to identify system limits
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Provide detailed documentation of test results and processes
- Mentor and support team members in testing methodologies
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes
- Successfully implement testing strategies to compete in a fast-paced industry
- Communicate regularly with collaborators, ensuring alignment with Agile methodology.
- Innovate and implement improvements in testing processes, tools, and test cases to improve overall efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer with 5+ years in a senior role
- Proven verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with global collaborators.
- ISTQB certification is a must.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux, windows, Unity, and technical tools.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable.
- Solid experience in hardware/platform testing and AI technologies
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Solid understanding of software development/testing lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), automation tools and strategies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and quality standards
- Experience with performance and stress testing methods
