Job Description
Mandatory Skills

Strong proficiency in Python
Experience designing, developing, and securing REST APIs
Proficiency in at least one SQL database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
Hands-on experience with at least one Python API framework: FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Strong experience building and supporting Microservices Architecture
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), design patterns, coding standards, and software engineering best practices
Experience creating High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for scalable applications
Strong understanding of System Design principles, including scalability, reliability, performance, and resiliency
Experience with caching technologies such as Redis
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills, and experience conducting Code Reviews
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management

Good to Have

Experience with ETL frameworks and large-scale data processing pipelines
Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
Exposure to AWS cloud platform
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, and observability tools
Exposure to distributed systems and asynchronous processing patterns
