Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle Cloud Financials ERP implementations and enhancements across P2P and O2C modules.
- Architect and integrate boundary applications (e.g., tax engines, payment gateways, procurement platforms, CRM systems) with Oracle Cloud ERP to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define ERP strategy, roadmap, and implementation plans.
- Design and oversee development of BIP and OTBI reports to meet business intelligence and compliance needs.
- Provide technical leadership in integrations, data migrations, and customizations using Oracle Cloud tools and technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a high-performing ERP team.
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Support and enhance boundary applications that interact with ERP, including billing system (e.g., Revport), data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), job schedulers (e.g., Autosys/UAC), and reporting tools.
- Contribute to automation initiatives across ERP and boundary systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and SOX/audit requirements.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud ERP updates and best practices and proactively recommend improvements.
Work Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials ERP, with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud.
- Expert-level functional knowledge of P2P (Procurement, AP, Payments) and O2C (AR, OM, Receivables) processes.
- Strong experience in BIP and OTBI report development.
- Proven experience integrating and managing boundary applications in a cloud ERP ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configurations, REST APIs, FBDI, and integration frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Snowflake, Autosys/UAC, and financial reporting platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting for ERP BIP report development and automation.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- The ability to multi-task on various projects and support items.
- Action-oriented. Able to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment.
- Strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of mutual fund industry, data and processes highly preferred.
Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
