The Sr. Employee Programs Specialist will manage and oversee the company’s corporate recognition platform, including engagement, communications, reporting and working with platform vendor for continued improvement to enhance the team member experience.
Design, coordinate, communicate and execute various events and programs for Mr. Cooper team members across all office sites. In the position, the Sr. Specialist will work with external vendors and various internal business partners in planning events for all team members. The Sr. Employee Programs Specialist will report to the Manager of Employee Programs.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Recognition Platform (Management/Communicate/Execute)
- Special Events & Projects – Executive/Team Events (Assist/Coordinate/Execute)
- Annual Incentive Trip (Assist/Coordinate/Execute)
- Company Store – Promotions, Special Orders, Inventory Control (Assist/Coordinate/Communicate)
- Seasonal Events (Assist/Communicate/Execute)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience with management and execution of corporate recognition platforms.
- 4+ years coordination and planning experience for corporate events.
- Experience in coordinating group travel programs a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills. Collaborative and passionate about helping.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively interact with all levels in the company.
- Excellent time management skills. High energy, creative, outgoing, approachable demeanor and self-motivated.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience in Illustrator a plus.
