Sr. Electrical & Controls Engineer | Full Time | $140,000–$160,000 | Industry: Building Materials
Locations: Littleton, CO; McPherson, KS; Defiance, OH; Phenix City, AL; Winder, GA; Willows, CA
Develop and manage industrial electrical and control system projects across North American manufacturing facilities. Requires 40–60% travel to support implementations and operations.
- Develop scope documents, designs, specifications, and cost estimates for manufacturing projects
- Lead major or complex capital projects valued at $5M+
- Manage projects in the $500K–$2M range
- Conduct root cause failure analysis and corrective action plans
- Provide technical support to manufacturing facilities
- Develop and review electrical standards across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5 years of control systems engineering or discrete manufacturing experience
- Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming proficiency
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety
- Lead experience on major projects (responsibility exceeding $5M)
- Demonstrated project management success ($500K–$2M range)
Skills Required
