As Sr. Dynamics 365 Developer II, you'll support the PRIMES program, a mission-critical Model-Driven Power Apps solution built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online platform. You'll help enhance and maintain enterprise applications in an Agile environment using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI, and custom development technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality business solutions. What you’ll do:
- Participating in daily Scrum standups, sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyzing business requirements and collaborating with functional stakeholders to design technical solutions.
- Developing and enhancing Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Power Apps, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
- Creating and maintaining JavaScript/TypeScript customizations, web resources, plug-ins, and custom APIs to support business requirements.
- Designing, developing, and deploying Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls using React and TypeScript.
- Building and maintaining Power Automate workflows for business process automation and integration with external systems.
- Developing custom integrations leveraging Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Web APIs, and OData services.
- Troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Managing source code repositories, pull requests, code reviews, and release activities within GitHub.
- Maintaining Dynamics 365 security configurations, including roles, teams, field-level security, and record-level access controls.
- Supporting data management activities, including on-demand updates, imports, exports, and validation efforts.
- Creating and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards that provide operational and business insights.
- Collaborating with testers and business users during user acceptance testing and release validation activities.
- Participating in deployment planning and supporting production releases and post-deployment verification activities.
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve application performance, user experience, maintainability, and development processes.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Experience designing and developing Model-Driven Power Apps.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Dataverse architecture and configuration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 Plug-Ins using C# and .NET.
- Experience developing PCF controls using TypeScript and ReactJS.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using Web APIs and OData.
- Experience implementing Dynamics 365 security models and governance controls.
- Proficiency with GitHub or similar source control platforms.
- Experience creating and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
SALARY RANGE: $120,00.00 – $143,000.00
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
