We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Senior Director of Key Account Enterprise Sales to lead executive engagement and drive cross-portfolio growth across our most critical semiconductor customers.
This leader will be responsible for expanding strategic relationships, unlocking new revenue streams, and accelerating share-of-wallet by positioning our full portfolio of solutions across fabrication, advanced packaging, facilities, and adjacent semiconductor ecosystems.
This role requires a highly credible executive seller with deep semiconductor industry expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and senior technical stakeholders at global semiconductor manufacturers and ecosystem partners.
The Senior Director will play a critical role in shaping account strategy, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and driving sustained, profitable growth across key global accounts.
Based in Seoul and reporting to the Global Semiconductor General Manager the Sr Director operates with senior customer executives and Honeywell leadership as the primary Commercial Leader across APAC and India. The role balances strategic leadership with disciplined execution in a highly matrixed environment.
ResponsibilitiesExecutive Engagement & Strategic Account Leadership
- Own executive-level relationships across assigned strategic semiconductor accounts across APAC and India.
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-year account strategies aligned to customer technology roadmaps, fab expansions, and capital investment plans
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell of the full Honeywell company portfolio, increasing share-of-wallet and strategic relevance.
- Position the company as a trusted strategic partner, not just a supplier
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior executives across customer organizations, including Operations, Technology, Procurement, Engineering, and Corporate leadership
- Lead executive-to-executive engagement strategies, including business reviews and strategic alignment sessions
Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion
- Deliver aggressive revenue growth, and profitability targets, and customer satisfaction across assigned accounts
- Lead complex, multi-business solution sales involving products, services, software, and lifecycle offerings.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned with semiconductor market growth trends

- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor industry with demonstrated success in global or regional leadership roles

- Deep understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics, customer decision making, and investment cycles
- Fluent in Korean and English, with demonstrated effectiveness working across cultures and regions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
