Maytronics, the leading innovator in automatic pool robotics and parent company to the Dolphin pool cleaning brand, is in search of a Sr. Director, Global eCommerce Marketing based in our North America headquarters in Duluth, GA. The Sr. Director, Global eCommerce Marketing will lead and drive digital performance and eCommerce efforts across North America and Europe, in close collaboration with Australia. This role owns P&L responsibility for the company’s North American direct-to-consumer website and will drive performance marketing, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, CRO, and integrated D2C marketplace strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong global team leadership experience, a proven track record in scaling eCommerce marketing strategy, and deep hands-on expertise in web and App optimization and digital channel execution.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Collaborate with Regional Marketing Teams in EMEA and Australia to create and execute comprehensive eCommerce marketing strategies and global brand campaigns.

●       Lead and develop global teams across performance marketing, digital advertising, website management, SEO/SEM, CRO, and digital operations.

●       Collaboration and strong partnership with the Global IT team to advance and manage the Marketing Tech Stack and improve site features and functionality.

●       Partnership with the App Solutions Team to analyze data and drive additional marketing features and functional that drives more User downloads and engagement.

●       Proven track record of managing and executing global eCommerce strategies across marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy, with a focus on advertising campaigns and performance optimization.

●       Drive revenue growth and site profitability by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies aligned with direct-to-consumer P&L goals and marketplace business objectives.

●       Incorporate Voice of the Customer insights into digital strategy, team priorities, and marketing initiatives to drive engagement and performance.

●       Develop and implement product positioning strategies for multiple SKUs to maximize their value proposition and overall market impact.

●       Leverage analytics to assess marketing performance and make data-driven optimizations that directly impact revenue growth and site profitability.

●       Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for emerging or new products, ensuring that strategies align with market demands and evolving consumer needs.

●       Continuously cultivate a culture of strategic and creative problem-solving within the marketing department. Lead and manage the eCommerce marketing team by serving as both a hands-on contributor and a guiding mentor.

●       Integrate eCommerce and app engagement data into Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support targeted lifecycle marketing, personalized campaigns, and performance reporting.

●       Collaborate and advise Community growth activities with data driven insights.

●       Monitor Customer Lifetime Value and lead activities that drive loyalty and CLV.


Requirements

●       Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

●       15+ years of experience in progressively responsible eCommerce marketing roles, with at least 7+ years in a management capacity.

●       Proven expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that align with global performance goals and drive measurable results across digital channels.

●       Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent platform, including integration of eCommerce and mobile app data to support targeted marketing and performance tracking.

●       Proven success in managing and executing global eCommerce strategies on the Amazon Marketplace, with a focus on advertising, campaign performance, and cross-functional coordination.

●       Preferred background in managing digital marketing operations within a complex, multi-channel eCommerce environment, including close collaboration with internal teams across marketplaces and IT.

●       Proven ability to function as a player/coach, both developing strategic plans and actively contributing as a hands-on team member.

●       Travel will be required periodically throughout North America, with some international trips as needed.

●       Experience working within global organizations, with a strong ability to collaborate across regions, particularly with European teams such as France, is preferred.

●       Demonstrated experience exploring and applying AI tools within digital marketing to improve efficiency, campaign performance, and innovation across eCommerce channels.
