You will report directly to our Vice President of Global Engineering & Projects and you will work out of our Rosemont, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the global engineering function for UOP
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects and programs
- Manage new products introduction (NPI) in collaboration with R&D
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive program execution and achieve business objectives
- Ensure adherence to program management best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage and optimize engineering resources, budgets, and timelines
- Manage and optimize groups operating budget, chargeability, billability, utilization, productivity, and quality
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Lead and develop a high performing engineering team
- Coordinate and support mergers and acquisitions
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited engineering institution
- 8+ years of experience in engineering program management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
- Strong experience in Conceptual and Basic Engineering design (Schedule A)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The annual base salary range for this position is $280,000-$320,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
