Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Director of Demand Integrations with a rich background in programmatic advertising technology and CTV/Streaming. This role is instrumental in optimizing demand into FreeWheel's programmatic module, enhancing API functionality to maximize yield monetization for our sell-side partners. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and a track record of driving revenue growth through innovative programmatic solutions. This position reports directly to the VP, Programmatic Demand and sits within the Revenue Organization.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic oversight of demand integrations within FreeWheel's programmatic module, ensuring optimal performance and revenue maximization.
  • Act as the organization's leading expert on programmatic demand integrations, advising on strategic initiatives and innovative solutions to enhance yield monetization.
  • Develop cutting-edge strategies to optimize demand liquidity, fine-tuning FreeWheel's Exchange efficiency to attract optimal buyer engagement and maximize monetization.
  • Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning programmatic strategies with broader business objectives and operational excellence.
  • Mentor and manage a team of program directors, cultivating an environment of continuous improvement, strategic insight, and high performance.
  • Leverage extensive experience in supply/demand path optimization and advanced API development to drive efficiencies and superior ad performance.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations with strategic partners, securing advantageous agreements that align with FreeWheel's monetization strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a significant focus on video and connected TV (CTV) platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the integration and optimization of programmatic demand within ad server ecosystems, preferably with FreeWheel technology.
  • A proven track record of developing strategies that enhance publisher monetization and optimize demand liquidity.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience managing senior-level teams and fostering a culture of innovation and results-oriented performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capability to translate complex technical details into strategic business plans.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, adept at interacting with a range of stakeholders and partners.
