We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.

Job Description

  • Be the main liaison between WNC and the customer from an end-to-end perspective. The candidate will be able to drive strategic roadmap discussions, build executive relationships, and be able to coordinate and communicate with HQ and the Business Unit on tactical execution.
  • Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future product roadmap to drive and expand WNC’s product portfolio coverage and spendshare with the customer.
  • Develop and execute strategy on cable modem products and software revenue
  • Contribution to value adds for margin growth
  • Manage day to day correspondence and communication with directors and executives within Comcast in product management, technology, and procurement.
  • Initiate “direct” business relationships and interaction with top influencers and decision makers to obtain desired objectives.
  • Interface with supply chain, sourcing, marketing and product development to ensure continuity of messaging from WNC and obtain critical information necessary to sustain growing business
  • Closely coordinate with customer inventory planning and WNC Ops to ensure supply chain continuity
  • Coordinate and lead meeting planning, travel planning and meeting agenda creation
  • Proactively review and scrutinize the customer forecast and validate the figures with marketing to avoid supply gaps
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate a business opportunity both on a quantitative and qualitative level
  • Participate in all executive meetings, lead discussion as needed and develop pre-meeting strategy briefs to prepare all WNC attendees for all possible discussion topics.
  • Organize and coordinate quarterly business review meetings. Ensure all topical needs from both WNC and customer are addressed.
  • Travel to Taiwan and Vietnam as needed to accompany key customers
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis, leads the charge for maximizing business inside of the “market” of the account
  • Proactively lead account planning process; develop performance objectives, financial targets
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel, including supply chain, quality management, and strategic business development
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management
  • Any and all other responsibilities as assigned by direct supervisor in managing customer needs

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of MSOs with a track record in business development
  • Full ecosystem understanding and maintain strategic alliance
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Strong presentation skills, creative business model proposals, executive presence, and relationship management
  • Quick learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic, team-player mentality and ability to multitask
  • Some international and domestic travel required

Location: Philadelphia, PA or Remote on East coast
