Sr Digital Designer (local candidates only)

The Role - Hybrid in Sherman Oaks 

• The Senior Digital Designer will be concepting and designing visuals across multiple brands. He/She will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of colourpop’s branding by designing best-in-class digital assets and experiences based on the principles of design and usability
• Design display banners (both static and animated), emails, and paid media assets – across both desktop and mobile
• Work with creative, marketing and web teams to provide art direction and UX recommendations for web experiences; maintain visual integrity of the ColourPop site and brand digitally
• Manage time wisely to ensure all projects are completed by deadline with ample time to complete revisions as necessary
• Act as the internal creative spokesperson for all things digital

 Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing web and digital media (e.g., emails, paid assets, web banners)
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design
• Solid understanding of UX and development best practices
• Strong time management with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with technical aspects of digital design as it relates to production deliverables
• Working knowledge of designing from a mobile-first perspective
• Creativity and sensibility for graphics, typography, and layout
• Knowledge of HTML5 animation a strong plus
• Ability to be onsite in Sherman Oaks 3x/week
