Within our Information Security team, we seek top talent to help us continuously improve our security capabilities against the ever-changing threat landscape.
As a DevSecOps Engineer in InfoSec, you must be a full stack developer with a “security-first” mindset and a passion for innovating solutions to address security issues. This position focuses on building internal security services to help other teams easily embrace security in their DevOps practices. You will also develop internal tooling to improve security visibility within the company. Familiarity with prompt engineering and experience using AI-based tools to support automation and workflow efficiency are a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop new applications/tools to achieve better security visibility, minimize security vulnerabilities, and assist in addressing existing security problems
Help empower different teams to have a sense of ownership on security in their projects or operations
Collaborate on integrating new technologies, including scripting, APIs, and—where appropriate—AI-powered tools or prompt-based solutions, to support security operations
Support process improvements and automation efforts through efficient tool development
Minimum qualifications
At least 3 years’ extensive development experience using Python
Any Bachelor’s degree
Creative problem-solving ability and demonstrated team working experience
Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience or interest in applying prompt engineering or AI-assisted tools to enhance DevSecOps practices is an advantage
Good verbal and written English communication skills that can engage across management and technical teams
Preferred qualifications
Cloud Security related certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
Strong knowledge of the DevSecOps tool chain and best practices
Ability to work with APIs to integrate enterprise systems with different security technologies
Familiarity with designing prompts for large language models (e.g., GPT) to automate or streamline security or workflow tasks is a plus
Knowledge of current best practices for integrating new technologies into DevSecOps environments
Experience developing, maintaining, or adopting AI or prompt-assisted solutions in an operational context is a bonus
