As a Senior Developer with Analytics, you'll be at the forefront of delivering software solutions that directly impact our clients' law enforcement mission. You'll work with dedicated team members and clients to solve complex technical problems and develop systems that keep our country safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• · Architect and develop scalable, high-performance data processing systems
• · Create and optimize complex database queries and data pipelines
• · Perform data migration, preparation, modeling, and indexing for analytics solutions
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• · Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices
• · Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and present solutions

Requirements

• · US Citizenship (ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance)
• · Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience)
• · Ability to work on-site in Crystal City, VA, 1-2 days per week

Experience

• · 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year focusing on data analytics
• · Proven track record in designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications and systems components
• · Demonstrated ability to prepare written deliverables and clearly communicate problems, issues, and outcomes
• · Excellent Proficiency in Python and SQL, with expertise in data manipulation and analysis
