Drive new product development and elevate existing designs through technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement as a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer.  You’ll blend analytical rigor with hands-on engineering, incorporating customer feedback to deliver products that meet market and regulatory demands.

Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:

  • Lead mechanical design projects from concept through release, ensuring performance, cost, and manufacturability goals are achieved.
  • Complete advanced engineering tasks, including formal support requests and design reviews.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the engineering team.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lead Root Cause Analysis sessions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of mechanical design experience in product development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
  • Strong expertise in engineering principles, simulation tools, and 3D CAD systems.
  • Design concept creativity, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years of mechanical design experience in product development
