About the role

In this role as Sr. Demand Generation Manager, we seek someone with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative spirit who can balance campaign planning with strong execution and can keep up with a fast-paced start-up environment. The role requires someone who is agile, B2B experienced, results-focused, and thrives on creating and managing demand generation programs.  You will report to the VP of Marketing, and be responsible for working with many functions within the organization including sales and customer success to design, plan, manage and optimize integrated marketing programs from email, SEM, webinars, events, ABM, display/social/ppc advertising and more to help drive sales pipeline through lead generation and nurturing. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline including:
    • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs
    • Suggesting and driving continuous improvement across campaigns and programs
    • Creating impactful nurturing programs to improve conversion rates
    • Researching and testing new campaign channels and program types
    • Facilitating regular feedback sessions with sales to inform them of current and upcoming programs and discuss challenges, successes, and optimization opportunities
    • Assisting in the ideation and creation of content that will help drive lead acquisition and sales acceleration
  • Evaluating potential media and vendor partners as needed, negotiating contracts, and tracking spend against budget
  • Provide additional support throughout other areas of marketing as needed


Key Skills and Other Qualifications

  • A track record of delivering a consistent, sustained qualified lead flow to sales
  • The ability to demonstrate and articulate a process-driven approach to executing on email marketing, pay-per-click, content marketing, digital marketing, lead nurturing, and social media campaigns that deliver quality leads to sales
  • Be big thinker with hands-on, get-it-done, skills to both plan and execute lead gen programs. Must be comfortable rolling up sleeves to get the work done.
  • Thrive on a data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to make fact-based decisions and work proactively with others to share the insights and drive change/improvement in lead gen programs based on the data.
  • The ability to proceed with a collaborative approach. Must be comfortable asking for help when needed and crossing roles to help others when priorities dictate the need.
  • Possess a flair for writing copy and call-to-action messages that speak to the need of the customer/prospect.
  • Strong and proven project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skill.
  • Be a self-starter, good at identifying roadblocks and raising difficult issues.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Must have a growth-mindset open to continuous learning and development
  • Have passion for driving equality in the workforce for a more just and efficient global economy


Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign management
  • Must have functional excellence in the use of Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and  webinar platforms like Zoom Webinars or GoToWebinar.
  • Experience writing, presenting and executing campaign plans with a core expertise in targeting messages by segment, behavior or other relevant means.
  • Experience in securing and managing 3rd party service and product vendor relationships.
  • Bachelors’ Degree preferred
  • Experience with social media marketing and creative tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress or Elementor a plus.
