- Will be responsible for engineering and administering MS SQL 2012 systems in both clustered and non-clustered environments
- Ability to manage SSIS, analytical and reporting services.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, Windows and scripting
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of data migration, data archiving and data access techniques.
- Preferably be able to develop other types of systems like LAMP, ASP.net etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Must demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and develop associates
- Must be extremely flexible due to the changing priority of project initiatives
- Must be a team player and possess superior interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
- Must have great attention to detail in planning and documentation
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- Ability to work in a remote team environment
- Years Required: 8+ years
- End-to-end understanding of SDLC methodology
- Ability to work in a remote team environment and be a team player.
- Knowledge of SOX and Audit.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Six-Sigma, LEAN, & ITIL concepts is a plus
- Experience in the brokerage industry/financial background is a plus
- MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Administration
- Big Data knowledge including NoSQL.
- Any other Database or related technologies
- Required Education: 4 Year College Degree required
- Graduate degree preferred
