Job Description:
Qualifications:
•    College degree preferred, ideally in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Senior DSA:
•    5+ years of experience in business process and systems data analysis, requirements elicitation and development, data warehouse and business intelligence development and implementation
•    4+ years of hands-on experience developing or working with major databases including working knowledge of SQL.
•    4+ years of hands-on experience in analyzing dimensional models.
•    4+ years of hands-on experience with technology required to document business analysis artifacts such as process flow diagrams, data modeling tools and query tools.
•    5+ years of hands-on experience in logical data modeling, data querying and data profiling.
•    5+ years of hands-on experience in understanding business products such as reports, dashboards, ad-hoc queries and data packages.
•    5+ years of hands-on experience in analyzing and proposing data security requirements within a business intelligence environment.
•    5+ years of hands-on experience in developing system UI mock-up to convey conceptual solutions.
•    Background or experience in Property & Casualty Insurance processing preferred.
•    Project coordination background is required.
•    Team leadership and mentoring experience are required.
