Job Overview:
We are engaging a senior, hands-on GenAI Engineer with around 6+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud technologies. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI-driven applications, optimize model performance, and drive innovation across enterprise use cases.
Location: Pune/Mumbai (Hybrid)
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GPT models, LLMs).
- Expertise in building RAG pipelines.
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain (or similar).
- Proficiency in Python backend development.
- Experience in FastAPI / Flask / REST API development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using modern frameworks.
- Develop applications leveraging GPT-based models and other LLMs.
- Implement scalable APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or RESTful services.
- Work on backend development to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Deploy and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, App Services, Functions, etc.).
- Build automated workflows using CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment.
- Development tools for automated report and PPT generation using AI.
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
